A much better heater, go buy an England Smartstove and save ...
I would never buy another product from this company again. Paid $1800 for this heater which came with a 5 year warranty. After three months the thing stopped working, called the manufacturer and was told what was wrong with the heater and then was told they didn't have the part it would take 45 days to get the part. Then I was told that when they get the part they would send it to me and I would have to replace it myself, Really. I ended up having to buy another heater in order to heat my home. I bought an England Smartstove for $1500 same size but throws twice the heat and is easier to clean also comes with a thermostat. A much better heater, go buy an England Smartstove and save yourself the headache of ever having to deal with this company's service.

Defective ignitor after usin g2 months. Control panel and Dial control kit X2 replaced
Our pellet stove P50CABPS has run only 2 MONTHS! The igniter just quit working and the Dial control does not shut the stove down! It holds maximum 80 lbs of pellets or 2 bags. Be ready to spend more on the exhaust piping than you ever thought you would. Be prepared to be constantly on the phone with techs, pasts managers and waiting for said parts to get to you in the middle of winter. First off No one will answer the 800 number given to us in the instruction guide. I now have names and numbers for higher ups in the GHPGROUPINC who makes these stoves as well as others. It took quite a few phone calls, emails and patience to get someone to listen and help out. Ignitor replaced no problem. Except we had no stove that ran for a month of January 2018. Winter was done and the stove was still running. Used from Oct 2017-May 2018 . So 8 months. Not constant, not 24/7. During most of those months. Ok were start up the stove in Oct 2018. We enjoy it for 3 1/2 weeks. It took multiple phone calls and emails until I got a guy named Paul to help me. He no longer works with the company, by the way. He sent me a Control Panel and a Dial Control Kit. 7-10 days to get it. No charge. My problem was a out of control Pellet stove, that kept feeding pellets into a hugh overheated fire. If I had not been in the house and smelled the heat coming off that stove and then saw what it was doing I fear we would have had our house burnt down that day. He listened and sent the parts. No reports of anyone else having this same problem? So Now we are into Jan. 2019. Stove is running well again with the 2 new parts. The stove starts to not respond to the Dial control. It starts feeding the stove more and more pellets and the fire got hotter and hotter. I had already been through this before and manually shut off the electricity to the stove to make it calm the fire. I get another manager, explain to him what happened again. His name is Michael Mento. He argues with me about parts I need. It must be our fault. e sends me a Control Board and a Dial Control kit. I wait for them to get here. My husband switches out the parts again and all is good for 5 weeks. Then we are back to the ignitor not working. I have been on the phone, left messages and email with Michael Mento, Eric Nicholson, a Paul is was let go, and another Paul from NC. and Tom Younick. I have numbers for all of these guys, but be ready to stand your ground. They will make you send photos of proof of purchase, photos of how your stove is set up. Where , how, who did it and take photos of the inside and outside pipe system and till not take responsibility for their product. This pellet stove is no longer sold by this company. They have moved them out to 3rd party sellers. I wonder why?

Buyer beware!
Stove worked fine for the first 2 months. The auger motor keeps shearing pins and the hopper lid was janky and did not fit. Then the flame is huge and doesn't burn the pellets completely. Not to mention that it doesn't come with exhaust piping so that's another $120 at least. When I contacted customer service they made me jump through hoops and refuse to help with the problems.

Dont buy, they dont stand behind their products
Had this about 2 years the firebox it falling apart, I called support, after 45mins on the phone they told me it's a 1 year warranty, it's funny because the manual says 5 years, but besides that, it's never worked right, dont buy this

When it's working well it's fantastic. Warms up my entire house of 2200 sq ft. The problem with it is that it needs frequent cleaning and I don't mean just cleaning out the ashes every other day. It needs to be taken all apart every couple of weeks for cleaning of the fans and exhaust fan and ducts to work properly. If not cleaned out all the way through, the pellets build up in pot and don't burn all the way through so the stove shuts down by the end of the day.

Buyer Beware!!
Horrible Stove and worse customer support. We live in an area with harsh winters, lots of snow. Our last pellet stove worked for 13 years, with only one replacement part. This stove worked for 3 months, then quit. We bought a couple of replacement parts, worked 4 months and quit. Customer service is non-existent.

Good working stove but will it require an expensive yearly part replacement?
I purchased two of these stoves in 2016 to heat my old, poorly insulated brick cape in Maine. With the stoves installed on opposite ends of the house exhausting into existing masonry chimneys the house was comfortable throughout the coldest weather last winter had to offer. However, early in this heating season both stoves developed a problem with overfilling the burn pot with pellets to the extent that if I ran them the normal 24 hours between cleanouts the pellets would spill out of the burn pot into the areas on either side and would be there burning and smoldering when I cleaned the stove. New control boards at the cost of $189 each fixed the problem. Time will tell if this is a yearly problem. Overall, I am satisfied with the stoves' heat output and efficiency. Less satisfied with the need to replace control boards after a single heating season.

Worked great the 1st year
Bought this pellet stove from amazon in 2016. Worked great winter of 2016. Winter of 2017 worked but had trouble lighting. This year figured I'd get it going early. NOTHING!! Won't light at ALL! Called customer service since it has a FIVE YEAR warranty. Five year Warranty is only on the steel . Other components are only a year. Customer service is terrible. No help at all. No service center within 200 miles of me here in New Hampshire .I've had a Breckwell pellet stove for 9 years with NO issues. Thought it was rated one of the best pellet stoves. Who writes the reviews? The company employees? I now have a steel plant stand until I fix it. Should have gotten another Breckwell.
