No complaints of it sinking it the wood like other reviewer (probably used osb/ply)
No problems here. I lost one of the cover screws and it was metric fyi. I glued and screwed 2 2x10 together as a mounting base. Includes drill bit and mounting screws. No complaints of it sinking it the wood like other reviewer (probably used osb/ply).

Good mount / tough tile job
Good solid mount but having a circular cover plate for a rectangle hole / mounting base makes it very difficult for tile work.

Poorly designed for mounting on wood. The individual spacers sink into the wood.
