I got my wife an espresso maker for Christmas this past year and of the three types of coffee grounds she has tried, these are her favorite. The freshness is amazing, it isn't overly acidic, but it is strong. Perfect roast for Americanos which are her and I's favorite drinks to make. Also perfect for lattes if that is what you like.

As a self-proclaimed coffee snob, I am thoroughly impressed. Not only is it a great value for the quality you're getting, but the flavor is fantastic. This espresso has a rich and bold taste that is perfect for that morning latte.I highly recommend Sierra Organic Espresso to any fellow coffee snobs out there. I ordered this based on a small sale and decent reviews. Upon opening the bag, you can tell that the beans were definitely not not fresh. There's no roasting date on the bag, which is a telltale sign that you may not be getting fresh beans. There's a meaningless expiration date, but no roasting date. However, the flavor was decent. There's a slight aftertaste but the flavor is complex. Fresher beans might taste better......

I'm always trying new coffee to find my perfect morning cup. This one is now on the top of the list. Full of flavor without any bitterness or harshness.

You can't beat fair trade organic coffee that really has the dark chocolatey taste I simply love with that twist of caramel. This has made it into my favorites. This is a very good roast! I can drink this all day long. with a touch of honey. The honey puts it over the top easily. Don't use cheap honey use local if you can!

I am a coffee aficionado. I am very particular about the type of coffee. I prefer dark such as this espresso style café. This particular brand is absolutely outstanding. It offers a full organic no GMO base and an incredible smooth taste with no bitter aftertaste, and low acidity.This coffee taste perfect as is you don't need to add anything to it. I purchased the regular caffeinated espresso for during the day and the decaf version for after 5 PM. Both are simply delicious.I highly recommend this brand because it is organic and no GMO, which means no mold. This is the best tasting coffee I've ever had. I highly recommend this brand.🌏

If I were stuck on an island and had to drink one espresso for the rest of my life this would be it!I got a Breville espresso machine for my birthday from my family and we have tried 5 different espresso beans: Allegro Sierra & Bell Canto, Kicking Horse Cliff Hanger, Starbucks Dark Roast and Ethical Bean Sweet Espresso. The Bell Canto just wasn’t as good as the Sierra, too much berry flavor for us. The kicking horse is quite good and comes in big bags which helps with cost. The Ethical Bean was very herbaceous and overpowering. Starbucks sucks, it came with my gift so I used it but it has a distinct burnt flavor. If you have a suggestion for another organic espresso please comment!However, none of them compare to Allegro Sierra! The flavor isn’t overpowering but delicious. It works well for my americano and my husband’s cappuccino. Add to auto ship!

Coffee beans were just ok. On the bitter side. I prefer Lavazza Creama
