Q: I have no idea about the size chart for a 13 years old? people are saying that run small?

Hi, I don't know about the size for 13 years old. However, I bought this for my son who is nearly 2 years old and I bought a size of 2-3 years. Fitting and quality is well built. I just have an issue with length even he is not 2 yet jacket seems just slightly lower than waist line. You can say almost to the waistline. As a raincoat it should have a bit longer in length in my opinion. So that it can cover 2-3 years range as well as give better rain protection.
