Love the set grandaughter loves it as well. Very sturdy. Only thing was package was missing bar that holds slide to ladder.

I received the swingset two days earlier than expected. So far I'm putting it together with ease. I am a 60 yr old woman who has assembled hundreds of things and enjoy putting things together. So far what I have assembled, which is the poles, it seems to be sturdy. I had a hard time with the last leg and it just wouldn't fit. Upon examining it I realized they were not the correct poles. I immediately called the company that makes the swingset as directed on the instruction booklet (don't call Amazon). A young man answered on the second ring. I explained my situation. The young man apologized, asked what I needed, and said he was sending it right out to me. Granted, it will take 3-5 days to get here and my project is a little held up but things happen and he took care of it without a moment of grief on my part. It took literally 3-4 mins of a phone call. So, this review is to give 5 stars to the company for backing up their product and accommodating the customer with zero aggravation.If I have any complaint about the swingset itself at this moment, it is because it is metal, it got EXTREMELY HOT to touch when I had the pieces laid out in my yard to assemble. Granted, the sun is strong these days and metal is what it is. Had I wanted to spend a couple thousands on a wooden set, this would not be a concern - but I didn't want to invest that kind of money. It just made me concerned that my kids wouldn't be able to even play on the set in the middle of sunny days as there is no shade in the area. My remedy will be to hang shade sails over the swingset and hope that helps. I will follow-up this review after it is finished being built and has been used by the kids. But as of right now, I'm happy with the purchase.

So I am a single mom who is not that handy at things. I was able to put this swing set together myself. It took me 3 days but again I did it myself and only had 2-3 hrs to spend on it each day. My kids enjoy it so much I have a hefty 4 and 5 year old. I did anchor to the ground so it creates more sturdiness. I would say the hardest thing for me was those darn black caps that hide the screws. Some were difficult to snap.

Easy to assemble but time consuming. Took about 5 hours. Tools were included but we used our own tools to make it faster. We used a socket wrench set, screwdriver, a hammer, and an Allen wrench. Our kids like this swingset better that our previous wooden one. It has provided hours and hours of playtime for our kids and their friends!

We ordered this swing set for Christmas 2018 & are pleased with the purchase. The product arrived on time, and was exactly as advertised. We were able to put the set together (2 adults) in about 4 hours. The kids love it. I would recommend it so far! (Although we've only had the set for 1 month so far, so I can't attest to durability, etc).

Omg this is the most dangerous swing-set ever! I’m so mad that I literally threw away that much money. We no more than built it and the slide end fell off before my kids even got to go down it and the teeter totter end is about ready to rip off because there’s no type of support. My kids were so excited. This was their Christmas gift and we put it together early due to warm weather and I’m literally going to have to take it to the dump before Christmas!!! Don’t waste your money. So cheap and flimsy. Things don’t line up. Not easy to assemble. So sad to break my kids heart because they’ve waited so long for a swing set.

My daughter loves it, be prepared for a long assembly though. Highly recommend anchor supports as well.

Some of the manafactured holes were not pressed so couldn't use some of the provided bolts the hardware went marked very well.. missing bolts and nuts.
