It is not at all knife some steel with edge sharped , u call it knife it lost sharpness after 1 day and unable to cut tomatoes ftom day 3 , also some areas got rust too i also read all reviews and thought to give it a try , but all in vain , i urge to refrain from purchasing thisI am returning this .
