Initially i was going to give this review 4 stars. After 30 days of having the blender the motor stopped working. However, I gave it 5 starts because not only do I honestly love the blender, the customer service for this is ON POINT. I sent them an email about my blender and they responded within 24 hours, like they say in the description, then they mailed me a new one, hopefully same color, no questions asked. Even sent me the tracking number. They really care about the quality of their product and their customer's experience with it. Honestly I may have messed up the motor, who knows, the fact is it worked great for the 30 days I had it and I'm looking forward to getting the replacement so I can continue to use it.The blender over-all is great. I love the size of it. It's not heavy at all, and the motor is loud but it's a blender, what do you expect. If your not only looking for a great portable blender, but also great customer service go with them.The only thing that could make this blender better is a different top option so instead of having to unscrew the lid completely off it would have a hole, like a coffee mug, where I can quickly pop or flip it open to have a drink and close it back again. May not be possible because of the possibility of the smoothie blasting out but a girl could dream lolz.

I bought this in 2023 and forgot about it. then I found in the one of my drawal. I use it to make banana smoothie with small ice. it works very well. I don't have high expectation since it is a portable blender. It crushes the SMALL (not normal size ice) ice very well and make a very good smoothie. I bought this due to the recommendation from Cook County Show. I do enjoy and recommends this product.

I bought this to make my regular shakes while travelling. I love gadgets so I was hoping the adds were true.That said, I will try to list the pros and cons.pros:small/compactUSB charging fairly quicklycomes with a funnel - was not sure I needed it, but realized it is useful.I did (not sure how) travel with it in my carry on and it was not confiscated!cons:the food has to be cut into very small bits - otherwise it has a very hard time and really does not succeed in blending wellit really has very little power.really will not break down any fairly hard substance like carrots, even coriander leaves, berriesafter blending and shaking several times as per the instructions, you are left with more of a salsa than a shake. ie. this is not really a smoothie maker. But will do for travel.Bottom line: I would not buy it again and find a better model.

Tldr:I love it. It's great. I've convinced SEVERAL people they need it too... and it wasnt hard, they just saw it in action. It's easy to clean if you have the right tool and hard if not. Follow the directions or you'll break it.The review:Been using this for 2 months now, about, 5 days a week. I love it. Now, it's not a miracle, but it is worth way more than its price. Also, I am not a fake review and I was NOT compensated for this at all.Tips:1) DONT OVER FILL IT. It's not an arbitrary limit. I almost burnt the motor out. Lol. I fill mine with frozen stuff at the beginning of the day and let it melt down a little. Then I fill it to just under the limit mark with liquid at lunch, SHAKE it for about 30 to 60 seconds, THEN blend it.2) follow the instructions!! Again, not arbitrary. They've done a good job telling you how this product might fail, and how to keep it from doing so. Start it upside down, shake it, DONT USE HOT STUFF.3) when it stops, stop for a bit. It has a really really good stopping mechanism for when stuff is too thick and for how long it should run. Don't run it again right away! Do something about it (like pour some out, just wait, or thin it) if your shake isnt done, then shake contents a bit, wait, then try again.Things I LOVE*Super portable*Surprisingly quiet*does a LOT of blends before power is out*cleans well with a BOTTLE BRUSH*smoothie texture is awesome*detaches from base*clear instructions*base not too big and heavy, fits in my purse or bag easily*plastic is tough and durable (I work with kids, so glass is out of the question)*hasn't picked up any weird tastes or stains*still working after heavy use*the ice cube tray is PERFECT for me to freeze probiotic yogurt, peanut butter, juice, or blended veggies into for future use. (Bend it a ton and knock the cubes out by brushing them with your hand. It's like every other silicon small cube tray)Wish list*a way to buy another freezer tray or two since I can't find the same thing anywhere*that I could freeze the bottle with my smoothie contents so I could make it the night, or even days, before.*That I could buy replacement bottles that could be frozen so I could make and freeze 5 of them for the upcoming week*to be able to screw the bottom with blades off too and thoroughly clean that outside of the bottle*that the bottle was 16 or 20 oz instead of 14... which is just the tiniest bit small. I make it work by using milk as my liquid... but I'd love to get more fruit and veggies in it.

Really nice and blends great. Fairly easy go clean. Smell lingers though.

Ich mixe jetzt täglich Smoothies oder Soja Milch Shakes und habe keine Probleme.Akku ein mal aufgeladen hält sogar ganze Woche .Habe für mich und zwei Töchtern bestellt ,Mädels sind auch zufrieden .Farbe ok (ich habe weiss ).Handhabung auch super ,liegt bequem in Hand.Kapazität auch ok .Nach einem smoothie ca 450ml (470ml ) ist man satt .Deckel dicht mit Gummiring (tropft nicht weder bei mixen noch bei tragen in Rucksack )Gerät mit Flasche nehme ich oft mit für unterwegs und mixe ich auch für andere Personen .Kann man leicht spülen ,abwaschen ,am besten gleich ,dann sammeln sich keine unangenehme Gerüche oder keime .einfach toll .empfehlenswert 🫶🏻👍
