This digital photo frame is one of the larger ones that you can get online. We have had smaller ones before and we think 10 inch is the minimum size that is needed to really make our photo albums shine and display in all it's glory. This photo frame is very strong and sturdy. It doesn't feel cheap at all, and can display photos really well.The videos are also able to be played back, and this includes the sound too! This was a bonus as we didn't expect that at all, especially when it is able to be played smoothly. The remote control isn't really a needed as the slideshows are automatic and there are also controls on the back of the photo frame, but it's a welcome addition anyway.The large screen can really display a lot of detail of the high resolution photos that we had, although it could be higher resolution, it is more than sufficient for a casual display.One of the great points of this frame is that memory cards or usb sticks can be plugged into the ports to view more media. We love this digital photo frame a lot as it displays our years of previous memories with our family, as well as our holiday photos, and the whole family as well as friends and guests can see it whenever they come up to visit. Finally able to make use of the thousands of photos we take daily, and think it will be a great gift for our grandparents, so will consider buying additional ones soon. Lots of functions for the price, not had a lot of time to experiment with all of them yet, but good value overall for the various things it can do.

Set up via remote control not intuitive, but easy enough when you get the direction arrows sorted in your mind.Otherwise a good product & operates as it should do. Both SD Card & USB inputs are fine & easy to reach & perform well. Stand only supports landscape mode, Transition between photos a little jerky sometimes when selected to random changes. Overall everything fits the overall cost of the product.

This gadget is perfect for anyone who can't be bothered with the rigmarole of printing and framing their digital photos and/or gets tired of having the same pictures on display every day.It is very subtle and understated and doesn't look like a fancy gadget. This means that it doesn't detract from whatever images you choose to display. The pictures themselves will attract the attention thanks to the great definition of the screen. It's not overly bright either, which gives it the appearance of a standard photo. When powered off it could pass for a tablet computer.Getting your pictures onto it couldn't be easier, using a USB lead or SD card. I went for the latter as it meant I could just drag and drop photos onto the card without being tethered to the device. I've included a photo of the ports on the back.There are a variety of different timing settings and several options for transitioning between photos. I've gone for a different photo each day as anything faster becomes distracting I find.A word of warning - when mine arrived it was set up in Chinese but don't panic. Selecting English is very easy, you just scroll through the options which are all written in Chinese except for the word "English". Just select that and then all the menus are in English text.It's got a remote control with batteries included, they're are buttons on the back of the unit in case you lose the remote - see pic. It's also got a calendar setting and it plays music.It's not the cheapest digital photo frame available but in my opinion it's worth the money.

Not very impressed with this device at all. Thought this was good at first but usage has shown that the slide interval timer is useless. Slide speed options are 3,5,15 and 30 seconds or 1,5, 15 or 30 minutes or1hour. I set it to 5 seconds and all was good so I left it playing. Next time I looked the slides were changing every second or so, so I reset it. All good again... briefly but then it defaulted to about a second again. Tried the 15 second setting and once again, all good for a while but it soon became erratic with times varying from 1 to 5 seconds and then between 1 and 2 seconds. Tried 30 seconds (though I really didn’t want this length of interval at all - far too long for how I wished it to operate). This was OK for quite a while, but it then became erratic again.Also, very annoyingly, every time the menu is accessed picture playback resumes at slide 1. Fine if slide order is set to random, but not if you want to view images in any kind of date order. Not possible to scroll forwards, either, unless you want to go one slide at a time with a second or so for each slide.Picture quality acceptable, but viewing angle limited. Only looks good from directly in front. View from too high and the image is all washed out, view from too low and the image is way too dark. Great if I am looking at it while sitting at the table, but if I stand up and look at it it is way too light.Menu is cumbersome and slow to use.All in all, very disappointed. Not one of my Bes(t)choi(ces).

Bought this with my Xmas money as a treat to myself. It's amazing - I find it really sad that in this digital age we have all the technology to take millions of amazing photos but we very rarely look at them... Well this device has changed that for me. I now have all my cherished memories & photos on display every time I look up or walk past & they put a smile on my face every time - it's brought back so many things I'd forgotten about! It was pretty simple to set up (though I'm aware this thing has tonnes of features, I probably haven't discovered them all yet!), it's easy to use & The pictures are really lovely & clear. It's a great size too for catching the eye without being too in your face... I also like the fact that I can be lazy & change the settings from the comfort of my chair with the remote! I can't wait to get a bigger memory stick & add even more pictures now. What a lovely start to the new year!
