Children's Birthday Cake Book (Australian Women's Weekly) Paperback – Import, January 1, 1990

Got this so our daughter could go through it and pick out a cake she would like for her birthdays. And she LOVES it. This will be such a fun tradition. She even went through it with grandma to pick out her cake for her birthday. And was asking her about her favorite frostings and colors she would like, oh and how about some sprinkles too? All ideas look doable and also so fun.

Really fantastic condition for second hand. I purchased as a gift for a pregnant friend and she loved it almost as much as her husband.

Loved this classic book but I had to remove a star due to the packaging. The back of the book was stuck on the envelope so when I opened the package the cover tore

I bought this for my niece and her one-year-old son. I read reviews and was not disappointed. The instructions and ingredients are written for an Australian audience but are easily translatable to U.S. measures and mixes. The instructions for cutting the shapes seem easy enough, though dependent on the dexterity of the baker -- but that's what a good homemade cake should look like! I am pleased with the sentimentality of the different shapes and wish I had a kid around to practice on!
