Not rushing to take these any more
I took these for two months. My wife wanted me to take a CoQ10 supplement so this multivitamin fit the bill.I can’t say I felt any healthier for doing so. If anything I put weight on even while doing the same regular level of exercise (cycling 5x per week) and same diet and that has been hard to lose since stopping.The flavour was fine if a bit odd (it’s a cocktail of three flavours), the went down easily.
