Good quality engine
I'm pretty happy with the kit for what it is. I've owned regular 2 strokes and the 49cc four stroke kits. This engine is quiet, just like a four stroke. The automatic clutch is really convenient. Kit came in just a couple days... After having experienced putting these together, it only took about four hours to put together and the engine fired right up. Nice and smooth ride, has quick acceleration, super easy to operate... Has a warranty. Chris at bikeberry is very helpful with any needs or questions...UPDATE: Something went wrong with my engine and we could not figure it out by phone. The engine's still within the six month warranty and was sent in to bikeberry via ups. I did have to pay for shipping BUT they not only replaced the engine with a brand new one, they also gave me a new carb. Unfortunately, I did not get a clear answer as to what happened but I have my suspicions and I don't think it was the engine but the crummy fuel... *Thanks to Juan, Matt and Chris.

Good product, very poor service.
I received my engine kit in good form. However, there was no paper copy manual as to how to assemble it. They do have some very good videos and eventually I assembled it. With one major exception. The horizontal crank rod between the pedals was missing. I called Bikeberry and asked for the part. The woman who answered had zero product knowledge and wanted to argue. I had already assembled the kit and the pedal were the last thing to go on. She demanded that I disassemble the entire kit and lay it out on the floor and photograph it so that her people could see what was missing. That is the one of the stupidest things I have ever heard, and I thought I'd heard a lot. I started to send the whole thing back but just paid $25 (including shipping) for the $10 part and it worked fine.Bikeberry seems fine, they just need to realize that service is a major of their products value.

Poorly manufactured
It's poorly manufactured and I love that it happened after the warranty date figures my suggestion to anyone who buys this out different clips in to lock the roller pin in place otherwise the ones provided will shear off in your engine

works great
works great but you do have to add oil to it make sure you pick up W10-30 or W10-40 4 stroke oil but do not forget you still have to add 2 cylinder oil to your fuel ratio is 20.1 for starting then switch to 25.1 using 2 cylinder oil there is an installation manual but it does not tell you what 4 stroke oil to use both W10-30, W10-40 will work fine

Don't buy! You're better off walking
WTF not one piece of paper included? Not a parts list, not a owners manual, not an instruction at all! The top end of the motor is in a bag, separate from the rest of the block and you couldn't include any instructions on how one would assemble it, torque specs, tool list, ANYTHING? What do I have to pay extra? The $300 wasn't enough? Doesn't it cover the cost of a bigger box or You couldn't afford the paper? I mean really, would it have taken YOU that much more to have COMPLETELY assembled the motor so it's WHAT APPEARS IN YOUR PICTURE? You know like WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING! What a shoddy practice from an obviously subpar business. You don't deserve the 1 star I'm forced to give you to post this review

That I highly recommend this kit.
I love this"Cadillac of a motor " it's so smooth and quiet, its not a powerhouse motor but out of the six kits I have the BBR Bullet Train is the one I choose to ride the most you meet to make some custom parts for more power, although you can upgrade the carburetor with a better one
