Cheap tool that works!
Works to hit that spot under my shoulder blade that I can’t get daughter or husband to press hard enough on. 1/3 the price of similar tool at sporting goods store!

This device is great for my plantar fasciitis
I like the portability of the massage Ball rope. It is very useful and does help to relieve my foot pain. I do wish that the rope was a bit longer, but overall it is quite helpful and does the job.

This is awesome
This is great -- it's basically like a hard tennis ball but with a rope so you can keep it from falling and adjust the position. Great investment. The rope is similair to a bungee cord and seems really sturdy and not prone to stretching out

Mediocre
In my opinion this smells like a dog chew toy smells. I think it is the same material that a "kong" dog toy is mad out of.I do not like it.

I love these so much, I bought 3
These simple things do wonders. The spikes on the spikey ball sometimes hurt since they are a bit sharp for my back but I'm not complaining since they'll have a good use one of these days. I sit with these in my back every day and it helps me keep posture while also giving me a little massage

Good buy
This is better than a lacrosse ball on a rope. Stop trying to make one at home. Buy this and learn how to use it as a part of your post-training and recovery regime.

it works!
using to hit trigger points on over tight shoulder muscle. the attached string makes it much easier to hit and hold the ball on the trigger point vs having a lacrosse ball slip or drop. at this point, the product causes pain which is the whole point of trigger work. In time, as the muscles loosen and I regain mobility, the pain should decrease.
