I've been taking this for a several of years. At one point, I was adding low dose Black Cohosh, but recently backed off. I refuse to take an Rx. I so wish this product was in stock at this time, Aug 2022. I had to choose something else, and it's not working.

I am a person who doesn’t do reviews. With this product I feel like I have to! I am 45 and in perimenopausal stage. It started getting really bad the past few months. I don’t usually do reviews but I felt I truly should for this. I’m 38 and my friends thought it was silly to start taking these. Honestly I was desperate and willing to try it. Backstory..I'm 40 and have premenopausal symptoms. Hot flashes multiple times a week (I'm talking want to shoot someone hot flashes) and I am bipolar as all get out recently.
