I take these easy to swallow capsules, every 8 hours. Or at least I try to, because I don't like to take them all at one time. And I've been taking them for about a month and a half and I really think it has helped my floaters go away. The Omega I like to think is helping my heart also but this helps my eyesight. You will have a small fishy burp but it's not bad at all. They do not smell and I haven't been able to taste a fishy flavor.

I’ve had dry eyes for 30+ years, diagnosed and confirmed- this is why I could not wear contacts. Been using artificial tears to help compensate, and also had some procedures done to help slow tear draining. But basically my eyes were irritated and tired most of the time. Tried restasis- that didn’t work.When I wanted to consider lasik the eye dr said my eyes were too dry, and suggested trying these pills to bump up tear production. I didn’t believe it could work, right up until it did. After a couple weeks he confirmed with a tear production test that my tear volume had improved substantially and I went ahead with the successful lasik procedure.After a few years I’m able to get by with just a single pill most days. With this pill I can go without drops for most of the day- vs before it was drops every few hours and a bottle in my pocket all the time. So I’d call this a substantial improvement in dryness- not a cure but reducing the impact by 80%. When I was taking 3 pills I would sometimes get some minor off flavor burping after a couple hours- but this was a minor observation not a real problem.May not work for everyone but for me these work great, been taking them for 20 years, can’t say enough good things about them. I have them on subscribe n save auto ship. If I inadvertently miss a pill my eyes will be dry and irritated by the end of the day- I can feel the difference. If you have dry eyes I highly recommend you try them or ask your eye doctor about them. They make a good bottle of artificial tears as well.

I found that taking this product did indeed help my dry eye issues, although it did not cure them. Please be aware that it will take time for the effect to be noticed, so give it a month or two before deciding whether or not to continue. Adding non-preservative eye drops will help dry eye as well, and a warm damp washcloth over your eyes twice a day can work for many.

I have taken this product for several years on the recommendation of my opthalmologist. It does help the condition but do take it as instructed. This bottle will last 3 months. Walmart only carries a 30 day supply, & most times they had limited stock. The capsules are easy to swallow.

This was recommended after I had cataract surgery and it seems to be working along with recommended eye drops worth the money

Ever the skeptic nurse, I thought all the advertised claims were just hype until I started reading other Amazon user reviews and realized I needed to get some of this ASAP. I'd been a soft contact lens wearer without any infections, ulcers or other issues since 1978. Ok. Personally I decided to try this as an option to another omega that’s not much more but has a lot more omegas ans I’m going back to that brand. This doesn’t seem to help my dry eye as much. The other brand did that and helped my joints, taking Andy two capsules instead of three. You’re paying for brand name here more than anything, as I suspected.

It really does work keeping your eyes moist. No more dry eyes! Highly recommend it.
