This was a very nice replacement for the aged one on my garage.So effortless to install.

Needed to swap out my garage door opener for one with a new lock. Wanted to make sure my new neighbors couldn't access my garage with a key obtained from the previous neighbor. The installation was easy and the new lock/opener works well.

Probably not the smartest thing that put on a garage door for security can easily be removed. But if you’re not concerned, it still is an excellent product..

Got this for my neighbor and couldn’t get it to work with his opener. Tried it on my genie & chamberlain it work great. Very sturdy just install it so nobody can pry it out and jump the wires I hooked it up then pulled the wires back tight and secured them But it didn’t work on his craftsman but I keep it It is a good one.

This was an exact replacement for a garage door activator switch from a door i installed in the early 80’s. Even the mounting holes were the same. It came with nails and screws to choose from. Works as it should. Took less than 10 minutes to pull the old and replace with the new. Caulk behind the plate to waterproof and secure.

As advertised, easy install, key snaps back nice, 2 wire hook up triggers an open garage door. Good stuff. As expected.

Bought this to replace the tired key lock for my garage door opener that finally quit working. Installation was super easy and fit exactly in the place of the old one. The plate on the front is a nice gauge of metal and connecting the wires to the switch was as easy as a few turns of a small screwdriver. For the price and for what you get this is a good replacement part for your garage door opener. I priced similar at local stores and could have paid twice the price for a comparable item. another bonus: The keys are standard blanks available anywhere you get your keys copied so you will have no trouble getting copies made of the keys. This is important - some key blanks are impossible to get and if you lose what you have you're stuck...no so with this lock. Delivered quickly and nice quality...highly recommended!

bought this one to replace an old one that the tenant broke the key in. the old one was a plastic frame with a metal lock so this one is definitely better quality. However i did find the keys quite sticky. I had trouble finding the older plastic one, so ended up buying this one at over double the price of the old one. I took off one star because of the high price and sticking keys.
