SHOCKED at how well these worked.
I recently bought a house that has a "spray stucco" exterior. I don't know why you'd ever choose this, but so it is. Regardless, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING would get through this crap without chipping away large portions of the coating. (Nails left giant holes, it was a nightmare).I needed to run some wire for a climbing vine, and was all out of options when I stumbled on these. I was skeptical about how well they'd work, but figured I'd give them a shot. They work flawlessly. Quick tap of the hammer and they're secured to the exterior. I was able to run my wire across a few of them (running the wire behind the upper portion before hammering in to secure). The vine and wire are holding strong (~10-20 lbs of weight).I have no idea how I'd remove them from the siding (they're stuck in quite firmly), but as of now I have no reason to. Highly recommend!

Works Great!
Works Great! I have thick concrete walls that normally I'd never even try to hang anything on because I'm not handy with whatever type drill bit and drill I'd need for these walls. But these are simple to use. I read eviews before buying them so was sure I'd have problems hammering them into my walls. Not so! I really don't see how they're a problem to use. You can hold on to the hook part while hammering the pins into the walls as the pins will go through the plastic to the back side. Really simple! If you can hit a nail with a hammer these work. :) I'm here to buy more. I want to use them to hang Christmas lights outside and inside.

The hook is so close to the hammer point. Good idea but way to small
Hook to tiny..

Good Solid Hook
I have used three of these hooks in a cement wall at my office. Each hook went into the wall well. They did tend to take quite a bit of force. I ruined the first one because I did not hit it hard enough with the hammer but with the rest of them a bit of extra force popped them into the wall right quick. Once they were installed we hung a few framed pictures (about 2 lbs each) and they haven't moved at all for years even with people bumping into them from time to time.

Works well.
I had very few pins break when hammering into the wall. Much better than some cheaper ones I have bought since.Only thing I don't care for is when the hanger can be seen above the picture frame.

Didn't work for me
bought these for use on concrete block wall. They were easy enough to drive into the block, but pins apparently aren't long enough to prevent chipping of the block and falling out. They may work in other applications, but i was disappointed.

OOK
I used these before they hold very well easy to install. Would be nice if they came off the wall as easily.

Too short tines
The tines on the hook are too small to grab in the wall we wanted to use the hook for
