It's good for bathing bucket by bucket. Continuously hot water comes only 3 litres. After that hotness reduces.Two pipes what they give to fix are not better quality one. No plug givenOverall average product

One of the oldest brand of geysar product. My local plumber suggested to buy this since Venus lava heating element and container both are made out of copper. I am extremely happy to buy this from Venus Appliances seller. This geysar serves purpose of providing hot water for family of 3-4. One bucket of water is easily filled with warm water in little time. I will update my review after one year of use. Personally I prefer now copper tanks in place of SS tanks after old crompton geysar died in 2yrs.

It was indeed a good purchase . Value for money.I am posting this review after use of just over a month. I got it fixed myself by spending 300 rs extra for taps. Two hoses and screws were provided. Easy to fit, anyone can do so. I had it fitted to duel hot and cold shower control v/vs. Extra caution must be exercised prior going under the shower., set the valves to optimum level. Though it is not safe, but better fill in bucket by keeping tap at low rate for about 5minutes.But there were two issues.1. First after fitting I was happy to confirm hot water. Later we left it on for subsequent use. Few minuets later we heard a odd scary busting sound and when looked at the unit was opened as seen picture. The securing steel band over the copper tank was observed plugged out from base. The screws used are not long and strong enough to hold band in place to anticipate initial expansion of copper tank. One screw broke into half and other plugged out. So It involved me to do some workout to plug out remaining half screw. And I made some screw base finally to hold tank in place. Luckily I had right tools to handle wisely.( this issue may not be that quite common but it did happen surprisingly)2. Securing screws to wall are not strong enough to hold unit and are not suitable for brick walls.Manufacturer must look into these issues to make it more users' delight to go for it.

This instant water heater I ordered for my brother's kitchen. It arrived in time. When it was installed , water was dripping from the inlet side.As it was only new and just got installed, we decided to call up the Amazon call centre and our complaint was registered.The heater was replaced in 3 days.We got the replacement installed. After 2 days water again started leaking from inlet side. And after few hours water stopped coming from the outlet tap.I again registered a complaint. The technician came next day. He opened the heater and found a screw loose inside which was causing the leak.Then tech told us that they put a spring inside to control the water pressure if your water tank is on 10th ir 15 floor. As my brother lives on 7 th floor and the water tanks are just one floor above, water was not coming from the outlet tap.He removed the spring and it started working.Venus is a good company and I have been using their products for a long time.Dont know what has happened to their quality control.They must improve else will loose loyal customer like me.
