Please make little bit soft, they are too hard to eat

I am using this product for my dogs for more than a decade now. They love it simply and look forward yo this treat. Outstanding product.

Disappointed with the last 2 boxes of choostix biscuits . They are not baked properly. My puppy didn’t like it without the crunch and left it on the floor. I checked and found it Bending instead of Breaking . Please pay heed to our furbaby’s plea.

I have marked 5 stars because I too saw only the 5 star reviews to make my decision. But, after it got delivered, and I saw that none, I repeat, none of the 6 street dogs ate it.They just smelt it and left it. And the worst thing about these biscuits is that they are so hard to break that even if a dog convinces himself to eat it, he won't be able to eat it.Please don't waste money on such sub standard products and read the one star reviews first!

Size too big. It's to too hard to break in small pieces.

The dog would not eat it.We tried everything, hand feeding, softening the sticks with milk/water but she did not eat it till the end.We fed these to the strays in our society who would only eat it if we broke it into pieces and then fed

I can only say that my dogs nor my neighbors would eat them or chew on them in fact they would back up away from them. They had an odd odor, not sure why. When I first opened them, I left off the lid off for a few minutes, and the odor was extremely intense, headache to say the least, because I give benefit of a doubt, thought I could wait a while and try again each day, thought maybe it was just something that preserved the treats the odor reduced a lot over time, though maybe it was just a bad container, though I am not pleased with quality, and odors.
