My cat loves her Kittywalk
She loved it so much that I bought two more and connected them. she’s loves running up and down, eating grass, and catching small flying insects. I have to use freeze dried chicken treats to get her out.Item is expensive but sturdy and easy to use. We love being able to have the house open for a few hours while kitty is in her enclosure.I looked into making a pvc structure instead but ultimately that ends up being expensive as well and I am lazy.

Charlie loves it
My cat, Charlie, who weighs 14 lbs and has all his claws, loves his new run. We live with lots of wildlife around us. Charlie does not run free, he has a leash but I couldn't garden and watch him. All that is now solved. He spends hours inside his house watching the birds feeding and the chipmunks running, playing, and stuffing their mouths with sunflower seeds. I am free to do my gardening and he is more than content. It is easy to set up and take down everyday,I do not want my night wildlife the deer and a raccoon to destroy it. He is not trying to get out or rip the netting. Being outside for so many hours has made him a happier cat. The wildlife is safe and so is my cat, perfect solution.

Kitty Prison Yard - but your cat might like it.
It took us about 10 minutes to set this up. It was very easy. The only problem I had was getting the latches closed on the straps that hold the "doors" on either end. The mesh is much heavier than it appears on the picture. The frame seems very sturdy. The carrying case fit well, but was a little cheap. The zipper separated when I opened or closed the bag. Overall this seems like a well made product, but I had to return it.I wanted my cat to love this thing. I had visions of buying additional pieces and turning our yard into a kitty habitrail. My cat was outside cat for awhile is always begging to get out. My husbands pretends to be hard of hearing when I talk about building a catio. I thought this might be another option. Well, my cat hated it. He spent 20 minutes in meowing at me to let out. I went inside to watch him through a window. I thought that if he couldn't see me maybe he would relax and check it out. He just started trying to push his face through the mesh. Rather violently. It's sturdy and I don't think he would have succeeded. However, he was determined to break out of the "kitty prison yard" as my husband called it. So I packed it up and returned it. It was far too expensive to hang on to hoping that the fussy jerk (the cat, not the husband) would warm up to it. Amazon is awesome about returns and the only cost of this misadventure was shipping it back.

This is a good temporary solution for the kitties
This product is fine. It is well built and as described. But my kitty who loves to go outside the most, did not like this. He kept backing up in it and I think he thought he was in a carrier. Which he hates the carrier, because he hates going to the vet. But my other big boy was happy with it. He went in it, even when I was outside with them and letting them roam the yard.I got this as a temporary solution after removing my cat enclosure, because I am moving soon.Update - after putting on the deck, my other kitty likes it now! It does take some maneuvering to get this on the deck, because this particular model has ground stakes that are attached and cannot be removed. This is the 10 ft long kitty walk tunnel. If you plan to put on deck, you will probably need the shorter tunnel.

Designed for cat displeasure. Do not buy.
Let’s be clear: if your cat is an active cat, they will hate this. It is not spacious and traps them in a narrow tunnel where they can’t hide, perch, or chase — the three main things cats like to do. How on earth is this company successful? All you have to do is look at the heinous return policy. Once opened and used, no returns under and circumstances. So I hope I save some of you cat lovers money by writing this review. Avoid this product.

Finally! what a great idea!
I am so glad this Kittywalk is available. My cats love it! I have never had indoor cats but in this neighborhood it's a must. Every time I go outside my cats beg at the door to go in the kittywalk! They love to feel the grass on their feet (and eat it, too) and are happy to sit out there for hours. I have one of three cats that will push his face against it to see if he can get out be he can not.The other two don't even try. My goal is to save my money and buy the other tunnels that can be connected to it. To the manufacturers, I would love to connect the kittywalk to my doggie door!By the way, in all the photos and descripton it was unclear whether this lawn version actually has net on the bottom/floor---- yes it does! And the stakes go down at least 8 or 10 inches into the ground, very sturdy.

Cat enclosure
I have 2 of these connected to the penthouse in my back yard. My cats like this enclosure. One of my cats is very calm and relaxes in the enclosure so I leave her unattended, but my other cats are more excitable and must be under supervision. One cat rubs his nose raw against the mesh every time he is in the enclosure. If you are like me and read the bad review of a cat dying, you just need to be cautious. My cats haven't had any problems getting stuck in the mesh at all, but I could imagine it happening with a skittish cat.It is fast and easy to take down and put up the whole system by yourself when it needs to be moved to mow the lawn.

Angel only lasts about 15 minutes, before he tries to push his face though the mesh.
I don't like that I paid $40 more than I can buy it for now, 2 weeks later.
