This massage hook has been such a helpful tool for me. I use it mostly on my upper back and shoulders after long days, and it really helps release tight spots that I can’t reach on my own. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and easy to use once you get the hang of it. I didn’t expect to like it this much, but now I reach for it all the time. Great for anyone who holds a lot of tension and wants quick relief without booking a massage.

This might sound weird, but I feel Like I found my best friend suddenly with this cane. I've been crushing my back and neck against the corner of the house for years. and my knuckle joints are rock solid from finger presses. still this cane can achieve more in an hour than I could all day and God it feel wonderful to push all of those stagnant cells out of the muscles group. This has been GREAT for my back. It helps to loosen the muscles that are hard to target with standard stretching and foam rollers. I got this for less than $30. It’s not heavy and I think it is a better shape than the other ones I have seen on Amazon.
