This roast was far and away the best I have ever received
I buy a veal roast every Easter. Been doing that for 35 years. This roast was far and away the best I have ever received. There was no waste. There was just enough marbling to make it a joy to cut and to cook. Eating it was a treat. I can compare it to all the meat dishes I've had this past year at some fancy restaurants and say that this veal was superior to all of those meals.On the minus side: My delivery was later than promised and the seller failed to keep me informed of the status. I had to contact them to find out what was happening. But the veal was so good I will return to them for my next veal roast purchase.

Used as a roast. Really wanted it to be de-lish but it turned out to be a little tough. Maybe it was the Cook's fault.

I ordered a veal shoulder roast. The minimum weight was supposed to be 3 pounds. The roast that I received was 2 pounds 11 oz.. I paid " $ 59.95 plus $ 31.25 shipping for a 2 pound 11 oz roast.

Best roast ever had slow cooked in oven
We decided to buy this roast. Never had before. My wife made also beef tenderloin in the oven, slow cooked. Now she did it with the veal. The veal will be marinated the evening before. At the cooking day, turn on the oven set to 180F. sear every side for 3-4 minutes. in a pan. You should have a crust on every side. Bring the meat thermometer in the middle of the meat at the thickest point of the meet. Then place the veal roast in the oven. Convect it for about 4 1/2 hours in the oven. The meet temperature should be between 155 - 160F. Take it out, cut it and serve it.That was the best veal shoulder roast we ever had. The meet so tender and juicy. We have still from it. You can it also cold with a salad.We are happy that we ordered two an have now one more in the freezer. Absolutely the best.Thank you pasta & cheese.Customer from Switzerland in Florida 👍
