The ToneFancier series of pedals are made with a stainless steel case. The Metal-End is one of the most versatile distortion pedals in the world. It's like all your favouites rolled into one.It has three distortion modes, Modern/Normal/Classic, you can chose to cut the the highs via a toggle switch, then add to that you also have Normal/Bright/Warm modes. So if you add that all up you've got 18 distortion modes, and thats before you've even started on the array of adjustment knobs along the top.The Metal End also has a built in amp simulator so you can also plug it straight into a mixing desk or PA.If your into distortion from a little crunch to full blown metal, then this is the pedal for you.

awesome distortion pedal
I've tried several pedals. This is not fizzy and fuzzy. Its clear and articulate. And yes, high gain. There's a diversity of sounds available.

End-all Pedal for Your Metal/High Gain Needs
The key to any good metal or high gain sound is how you EQ it. Thus, for any high gain pedal, the EQ funcionability is key. My complaint with many metal pedals is the lack of range and useability of their EQ sections. For instance, Joyo high gain pedals, when you mess with the mids, it tends to affect the lows or highs, and same with the other knobs. Like, you can't get a truly scooped sound most of the time because when you move the mids, it removes the low, etc.Not with this pedal - the mids especially have been given good attention and the sweep of the knobs is usable and independent of the other knobs.Very tasteful, usable pedal that as others say is good for doom metal but also like, more modern scooped sounds if you're into that. Excellent for what I call "UFC Fight Entrance Music" lol.
