We bought these inserts to use with a Mealthy Pressure cooker and they work like a charm. We make tamales and these steamers are just right for about a dozen of the smalle tamales we make. We also used them to steam two veggies and a coupole chicken thighs and they were excellent for that as well. They are very sturdy and made quite well, with insulated handles so getting them out of the pot after cooking is not a chore. I am very happy with this purchase and am glad I bought them.

Not really much to say - it performs exactly as you'd expect. Fits my Instant Pot perfectly and adds to the practicality & versatility of that device. Is sturdy and solid and feels like it will last for ages. Recommended.

I swapped to this cage after my last one decided to become unwelded from the feet stand. This design is very sturdy and I'm hoping fares well over time. I have two criticisms for the cage although only minor things. The handle doesn't go completely flat so touches the lid and even prevents the lid from closing if you lay it down on the wrong side. The other is that the feet don't have rubber feet like the other cage I had so just have to be careful if you are using the nonstick bowl. I would recommend this bowl for its sturdiness, time will tell if it is as good.

This is brilliant. Lifts out with a bare hand immediately after opening cooker, really sturdy, and just goes in the dishwasher after use. I love it.

I bought it for my instant pot and work perfectly.

Got this as I needed to batch cook rice. Used it to empty the rice into and strain rather that cook the rice in the basket. It worked brilliantly. Would highly recommended especially because of the handle with gave ease of use.

I bought two of these thinking they were steel mesh but they are not - it was an optical illusion.They are solid with smallish holes which is even better. Rice won't escape and steam will get through the holes but if you want the contents to be in the stock or water you may have to pour some in the basket as well as the body of the pot.Leave small items in basket inside pot while the lid closed when storing. Things like Silicone steam deflector; Metallic gripper for removing hot items from pot; Silicone finger guards; plastic cup measure; My American sized cup measures - you don't have to look around for them

It is a very good krob. good Quality. When you wash it, inside or outside very smooth not cut fingers. For wash rice is good too, the rice will not fall ourside.

The basket is perfect for steaming any type of rice, which was what I want to use this basket for mainly.The silicon is too long so it prevent the handle from laying down when closing the pot. So like many people commented and did, I cut the silicon off on each side to make it shorter and lays down closer to the basket.I would recommend the product.

Fazit*******Der Korb ist super verarbeitet, weist also keine Mängel auf. Ich finde es praktisch, dass er Füße besitzt, sodass er nicht direkt aufliegt.Am Griff befindet sich Silikon, welches keine großen Probleme verursachen dürfte, wenn man das Produkt nicht zu sehr erhitzt, wie es auf einer offenen Flamme der Fall wäre.Leider kann man den Henkel aber auch nicht ohne weiteres entfernen, da die Enden verpresst sind. Natürlich bietet diese Art der Konstruktion Schutz vor der unbeabsichtigten Trennung, also dem Herunterfallen. Ich hätte mir leicht nach oben gebogene Halterungen gewünscht.Das Silikon wird beim Kochen ebenfalls heiß, sodass man nicht ohne Handschuhe arbeiten sollte.Zumindest handelt es sich hier nicht um verchromten Stahl!
