When it comes to these pills I must say so far so good! I'm not pregnant yet, but we are actively trying. This supplement contains everything a prenatal multivitamin should and it feels great to help provide my body with everything it needs for a healthy pregnancy.Positively, the pills do not make me nauseous, and swallowing them is quite easy. If you are someone who has trouble swallowing pills, i think these are a small size, and drink a big glass of water as I do. I also like that these come in blisters, which are a very hygienic option.

Happy these are made in Germany as I trust their quality and standards more than US. These do make me nauseous but eating with a large meal helps a lot. Do not take with a snack or without food.

I have been using this product for almost over a year now. It took quite a while to finally get pregnant as I had to get healthy first… But now I am 2 months along and that is all that matters to me. It is quite reassuring to have such a high-quality prenatal by my side, especially because my diet is a bit unbalanced at the moment due to morning sickness. I like that these do not have vitamin A (neither as retinol nor betacarotene).

I am impressed with this vitamin and all that is offers! Been taking them for over a week and feeling awesome. I take them with the Omegas too. The combination of the two is making me think more clearly. Definitely recommend these!

Has no taste and goes down easy. Don't make me nauseous! Also has folic acid suitable for MTHFR gene (Quatrefolic). Really happy with these prenatals!
