I am an RPN student and I purchased this book to help me get into a better understanding of how the REx-PN will be next month. Although, this is an NCLEX-PN review, it does touch on a lot of the topics I learned during nursing school. I just feel that it would be better if the answer and rationale wasn’t right next to the question. It should have been placed at the back of the book. That’s just my opinion, though. Other than that, it has an online access code for Elsevier, where you can also do practice questions, a pre-test and post-test to see how you are and what areas you need to review a little more. It’s very resourceful if you are looking to have a better understanding of how the questions will be structured.

Lots of questions. The questions are good but the answer and rationale is right beside the question which makes it harder to use in my opinion. Wish the answers were at the back so I could use the book to test myself.
