Nicely made but poor fit on my dutch lap siding.
This is a nice outlet box, but it doesn't fit my "Dutch Lap" siding very well.Also, I mounted it as pictured in the product page- that's the only way it comes close to fitting on typical siding. Inside the box it is labeled with the word "top." When you mount it as pictured, the word "top" is at the bottom, i.e., indicating that it is upside down- odd.Well I was able to use it and sealed the gaps on the siding with caulk (Do your best and caulk the rest).

Different product than the older reviews
This seems like a a quality box and should work great if you have Dutch siding as is stated in the description and in the product pictures.Be warned, that the older reviews with pictures are of a different version that is designed for standard lap siding. If your siding looks like the ones in the review pictures, this will not work for you. I'm unable to find that version, even on Arlington's web site (there is another Amazon listing with one from another company that looks shady as it uses the review pictures from this listing as the product picture).

Great option for Nest Hello Doorbell Camera
I purchased 2 to use with my Nest Hello Doorbell cameras. Very easy to install. Fit my siding perfectly. I purchased a standard wall plate and made the necessary holes for my Nest Hello. All wires for the doorbell concealed beautifully within the box. 5 stars!!

Perfect for adding outlet to existing vinyl siding
The easiest way to add an outlet in siding. Rather than cutting out your siding to install a box, this has the contour of my Dutch lap siding. It sticks out further than a cut in installation, but mine is in the back of the house where it is not as noticeable. Make sure you order the one for the contour of your siding/

Was hard to find
I looked all over, HD, Lowes, "when you can't find something, go to amazon they will probably have it" Neededthis type to match an existing original under the vinyl siding type the builder used.

Does not fit flush to dutch lap siding
Does not fit flush to dutch lap siding as the description states. Not much else to say. Very expensive for a piece of plastic. I will use this and have to add a lot of caulking to cover the large gaps.
