Cheap and easy
Switched to 1pmobile as Virgin blocked me from adding credit to my pay-as-you-go account and couldn't explain why, or find a way to unblock me.1pmobile is as cheap as advertised. The sim card was easy to install and I was able to port across my old phone number easily and quickly to my new phone (the old one was locked to Virgin and not worth unlocking.)Sorted.

Great value for occasional PAYG users
Many PAYG sims require you to top up £10 a month to make outgoing calls these days. With this one, you only need to top up every 4 months to keep your line active and any unused minutes are carried over. Activation and top-up is easy on line but you cannot top up anywhere else. Uses EE network.

Bought this to use in my sons 'kids smart watch'. Does exactly what I need. Easy to set up and great value for money! Instructions for set up were clear and everything is working fine. Would definitely recommend.

Simple & Easy Set-up!
Excellent in all respects. Follow-up emails immediately after purchase with set-up instructions. Actual set-up was very easy by following the instructions in these emails and on the 1p website (which is clear and simple to use). So far I've been very impressed by the purchase and set up of the SIM/phone and I'm expecting a similar experience by being a 1p customer. Well done 1p Mobile - great service!

Good but could be better.
Good so far and much better value than 3 now their charges have gone sky high.Only negative is the limited time on usage. Why do we have to lose paid for time and have to keep paying every 4 months? That’s what I call rip off tactics.What if everything in life was like this?

Needs Frequent top up to keep it active
You need to top up frequently - or top up several months at a time - just to keep the number active, if you don't use it a lot then your credit keeps building and building and you still need to top up again later even if you have plenty of credit left.

Exactly what I expected
Easy to get set up, decent value and the instructions were fine.Use for for my son's watch which uses the SIM for geolocation, topped it up ages ago and it's still going strong.
