Having used a few different beands of headsets for our Cisco phones, this one stands out as a very good choice.The sound is clear and the quality very well balancedThe headset is extremely comfortable to wear and does not make my ears sweatThe mic is easy to adjust but is really very sensative, it can on ocassion crackle and picks up breathing very clearly and comes over quite loud on the call recordingsoverall a very good product with client that are hard of hearing less likely to miss what I am saying to them.
