The case is not quite soft/flexible or hard/rigid, but somewhere in between. Decently made and the zipper is good. Use it to store my VCDS/vagcom vehicle scan tool which perfectly fits it with it's 6' USB cable coiled up.

Was able to fit my Atman Starlight 2, the cleaning brush, packing tool, manual, and charging cable inside comfortably with a couple containers of herb. I have room for a stash container next to the vape that can comfortably be 1.25 inches in diameter and almost as long as the case. Hard shell seems decent. Zipper is small/thin. Not sure how well it will hold up long term but works fine now.

Case was nice but I returned mine as it did not fit the item i intended for it. The ad for the inside dimensions was off and smaller that what was listed.
