Ended up being the best brush in my kit.
I was hesitant about spending money on yet another brush. But after using this, it has become the best brush in my wax kit. Why did I wait so long?I was not sure of the firmness or even the need.For pre-wax structure work, use a course or medium (depending on you skis and use) steel/ bronze/ brass/ or copper brush.After scraping, I use (in this order):1st: the Swix white nylon (TO161D). It is stiffer than I though it would be, but creates great structure and removes a lot of bad wax.2nd: the Swix horsehair (T157D). It is simply beautiful. Just beautiful. (It even sounds good while brushing!)3rd and final: the Swix (TO160D). It is softer than I had thought it would be but gives an awesome finishing polish.

Well made brush with wood handle.
This is a very well made brush with a solid wood handle. The horsehair bristles are great at removing wax from ski bases.

Brush arrived as advertised. Works well for final ski base buffing. Combined with Swix coarse bronze brush for good basic combo.
