Based on personal experience over the past few years Curcumin supplements seem to offer more benefit than those with raw Turmeric powder do, even with Black Pepper extracts included to aid absorption, and this one from Toniiq seems to be one of the best Curcumin supplements I've tried.These capsules are an easy size to swallow and have no noticeable fragrance or taste, unlike raw Turmeric capsules, and they don't repeat on you either, basically I've had no negative reactions at all. I don't have any aches or pains either, which is a situation I'd like to continue as long as possible and if these help my mental fitness too then that's a massive bonus.

I've been using these capsules for several months now and although I can't comment on their effectiveness they are easy to swallow and have a very slight or no noticeable taste or smell.These are not particularly high dose and at 10 quid for 60 there are cheaper and higher strength alternatives available.

Can't say I noticed any differences. Won't be buying again, better supplements and food to spend money on.

My nutritionist recommends I use something like this, your experience may be different of course, so advice should be sought for your own unique circumstances.Containing a large dose of Turmeric with Black Pepper and some MCT oil, these capsules are well made and easy to swallow. I find they help my condition, and would be happy to buy them again.

As someone with an ileostomy, I sometimes find difficulties with supplements and the side effects they can create. I have tried turmeric and curcumin but had to stop using them after only one or two doses. I have been taking these for nearly two weeks with no side effects.The capsules are standard in size and easy to swallow. They have no odour, flavour or aftertaste.As I have only been taking them for a couple of weeks, I cannot attest to the long-term efficacy of the product, but I have noted a slight reduction in my inflammatory issues.The Toniiq Turmeric Curcumin Supplement is excellent value for money at £9.99 (the price at the time of writing this review), especially with the addition of MCT oil. Many other supplements do not offer this at such a competitive price.

The inclusion of MCT oil and pepper is bonus. Good ingredients at decent strengths and good value. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.
