Maybe Great for YOU, alright for ME.
Works good for holding my AR platform rifle with the tough tactical mlok plate but will not hold my masterpiece arms Hybrid Hunter with the competition style chassis. The MPA rifle uses a different style Arca/Swiss mounting plate. There’s a North American standard and an Asian standard which are different specs. I’m going to have to buy a different plate to mount on the ball head to mount my MPA rifle. Really right stuff makes plates to the US/North American spec. I’m probably going to go that route. But this one works fine on my DMR rifle with the Asian Spec plate.

Feels very solid and high quality
So far I've really liked this ball head. While pulling it out of the box I immediately could tell it was high quality and well built. It's very smooth.
