No stretch marks but unsure of how effective it is
I wore a secret saviour from being around 15 weeks pregnant and wore it for the rest of my pregnancy, giving birth to a 6lb 12 baby. I didnt get a single stretch mark however I did use bio oil and other moisturisers religiously though out my pregnancy, so cannot say it was definitely the secret saviour that stopped the stretch marks. I also had a friend who used this product from around 12 weeks, as well as using the secret saviours day and night creams, everyday and still ended up getting a few very small stretch marks.I would wear this again in future pregnancies as even if it didnt stop the stretch marks developing I did feel that it helped support my bump and helped the moisturiser I applied soak into my skin.

Took my skin off
I wore it for the first and last time yesterday. It was firmly supportive but not terribly comfortable. When I went to peel it off it took a lot of my skin with it where all the rubbery pads were. My belly is raw and sore in places and it looks like I've been attacked by an octopus. My skin was clean and dry when I put it on. I think this was my mistake - the write up suggests using their gel before putting this on but doesn't make it clear (in my opinion) that is a requirement which I guess it must be!! By the way - I think this is only the second negative review I ever posted.

COMFY TI WEAR AND WORKED FOR ME!
Bought 2 of these. The first came with cream and gel but this caused me to have a itchy reaction so just used a good moisturiser/emollient which did the same job. Comfy to wear, not too thick but thick enough 😂 doesn't stop you from moving. This has small rubbery spots on the inside helps with keeping it in place. After being washed a few times my second on has slightly degraded on the spots and can get a few bits left on you.Does it work?! Well this is my second pregnancy and with my first after 28 weeks i started getting a few stretch marks and by my due date had quite a few. This time round using the band i have NONE and i am 39 weeks!Very impressed with it! Highly Recommend!

Reduced back pain and no stretch marks.. What more can you ask for?
I was looking for a bump support because I've had issues with back pain in the past and know how important it is to prevent back injury. I came across the secret saviours band by accident and thought I would give it a try.Definitely very happy for this decision. I got quite a few stretch marks during puberty and was concerned that I would be susceptible to getting them in pregnancy. I also had very rapid bump growth; I went from a barely noticeable bump at 22 weeks and now have an above averaged sized bump at 38!Plus, I can confirm that it has helped reduce the vast majority of my back pain. Occasionally, I won't wear my support for a day and definitely notice the difference. Those with severe back pain might need extra support. But for most women, this will do fine.Only downside is that I did have to buy a larger size, eventually. But still well worth the money to prevent back pain and stretch marks!

Worked for me!
I have had 3 bands to fit my bump as it grew. I started wearing the first at around 25 weeks and am now 38 weeks without a single stretchmark! My bump is measuring big too (expecting a 10+lb baby) so I'm really pleased!I'm a first time mum so I really didn't know how well anything would work. I put the band on every morning with the gel or with bio oil, and found by the end of the day when removing that there was still moisture there, keeping my skin perfectly moisturised and optimal for growing without stretching!I will continue to wear this until after my baby is born until my bump has shrunk down, but I think it's clear already how fantastically it has worked!

Only fit for 8 weeks
I bought size Small early in pregnancy as I was having a lot of round ligament pain and needed some extra support. The description states that you can use this product from 12 weeks. At 12 weeks, it simply doesn't stay in place. It relies on you having a big enough bump to stop it rolling up off your hips. So it was useless for the original purpose I bought it for.It finally fit and stopped rolling up at 20 weeks, so I started wearing it to give some extra support for comfort and in the hope of avoiding stretch marks. By 28 weeks I had to stop wearing it again as it was leaving deeply imprinted marks in my skin from the pads inside, which were sore and itchy all day.I know you could then buy a bigger size, but for me, it's not worth the money spent on something that lasts for such a short window of time.My other support garments (knickers and a vest from Jojo Maman Bebe) have fit comfortably throughout and I'd definitely recommend investing in something like that instead. Also worth pointing out that I didn't buy the expensive stretch mark avoiding gels that you're meant to use with this product, but instead have been using a cheaper bump butter alternative. At 35 weeks I don't have any stretch marks.

Worth a go if you struggle with stretch marks
Can not comment on the effects with stretch marks as only been using 4 weeks. Product quality in happy with however o find the band quiet uncomfortable an struggle to wear all day. I'm size 8 and wear a small and my bump at the moment measures 87cm so I'm well within size.

So far so good!
Currently no stretch marks in sight and I've been using this every day for the past month and I'm now 30 weeks pregnant. Medium size is perfect for me and I'm about a size 8-10 in maternity clothing. I have been using it with the Palmers stretch mark cream instead of the secret saviours cream suggested and it is perfect for me. The foam pads on the band keep the cream from absorbing into my clothes throughout the day so I don't have to worry about putting more moisturiser on all the time or constantly cleaning clothes. It has also provided me with a much needed support under bump and on my lower back. Fingers crossed it continues to do the job and keep those dreaded stretch marks at bay.
