Who doesn’t love Spam? If you’re reading this, you either already know you love it, or are curious enough to try some. I love it sliced and fried in a pan with eggs as an alternative to bacon with eggs. Mom used to sprinkle a little brown sugar in the pan to give a salty-caramelized glaze. I know, sounds too good. It is! You only live once.

We eat a lot of spam. I have found a lot of recipes on youtube for different ways to use this product. One downside is a little to salty, even though it says less salt. This is also a great product for stocking up a food pantry as it lasts a long time.

What can I say our family likes spam and we like the less sodium one. The grandsons really like it. We use it in different ways. Love that it stores well.
