I'm torn as to if I should keep this one or not.The good:------------* Very nice, compact light* 18650 rechargable battery with convenient USB charging port* Bike clip attachmentThe Bad:----------* Not zoomable (not a big deal to me)* Not even close to 1000lm.See my photo comparisons to a Duracell 350lm (very similar), and to a LitezAll Promier 800lm.It is roughly a little bit better than the Duracell 350lm, but not even close to the 800lm.I would have given it 4 stars if they would have just been somewhat honest about the brightness instead of fictitiously stating 1000. I might have actually bought it as a quality ~400lm rechargeable light... but now I'm a bit angry over the false marketing (which BTW is extremely common in flashlights. That's why you stick with trusted name brands if brightness is important to you). It's just like 18650 and other rechargeable batteries. The off brands tend to drastically mislabel the capacity (amp hours). If you want an idea of the actual capacity/quality of a rechargeable battery, pick up a small digital scale and weigh them. I did not weigh the included Victigen battery, so can not comment on it's quality, but the rating of 3200MAH (vs the ridiculous ones with impossible numbers like 6000MAH) implies it may be ligit.P.S. I also just bought some other falshlights, and added a comparison to them as well, turning my camera light sensitivity way down.As you can see, the Victagen 1000lm isn't anywhere close to the 900lm Anker.It is however noticeably better than the 'BYBLIGHT' 800 lm.Bottom line - if a quality well made light is all your after, Victagen is a good option, but if your really after brightness, and an honest rating of it, stick with name brands (notice the Duracell and Anker both appear to legitimately produce their claims).

Well the light perform well for my purpose. I do night rides on canals which is very dark. I also do rides on mountains which can be very bumpy. The bracket does not hold the light and it keeps falling off. This is very disappointing and almost lost the light twice because of this flaw. I will check to see if seller will do anything about this problem. 3/31/19 I have repurpose my use for the light and will not use as a bike light. I have no desire to buy another light from you and appreciate for customer service to stop emailing to try get me to purchase another light. You shouldn't have advertised it as bike light, I won't buy another light or flashlight so please stop the emails.

A friend got this for his bike. We took it with us on a night ATV ride to remote areas. This little light lit the whole wooded area up. Much better than a high dollar light we also took. Very impressed with the performance and the battery life with the rechargeable 18650. Seriously great light for your vehicle, especially since you can charge it in the vehicle while driving. Very very satisfied with this purchase and will be getting another for my wife’s SUV. High mode lights up the world and the low mode is as light as many other flashlights in high mode. Excellent value.

This light is great and pretty bright. However. After a month of using it, it dies without notice. The battery is fine, swapped out the battery. It charges, but it no longer lights up. I’ve bought this product multiple times now just to see if maybe it’s one product that’s faulty. But it doesn’t seem so. It’s meant to be durable, but it just doesn’t measure up. Keeping in mind that I did not stop the flashlight ever, it shouldn’t have any issues with breaking. Don’t buy this flashlight. Go for other ones.

Awesome light 3 modes fit any situation you may encounter on the road

I have not had the flashlight for a long time and it has stopped working, likely the push-button switch or a bad connection somewhere. The battery is good - it works fine in a different flashlight. If I screw the various sections of the flashlight in and out for a few seconds the light will come on for a little bit then go off again. Can't be trusted, essentially worthless now.

I bought this set for my son as he rides his bike to the bus stop and right now its still dark when he leaves. He said it was easy to install on his bike. He said the light is very bright and lights up the whole road. the battery last quite some time as he decided he needed to test that and forgot it on the trampoline, It lasted from about 3pm to 1am when I found it. It charges up quickly.

The light is ok. Not as bright as expected.However, the mounting bracket is no good. Made of a verrry soft rubber. I cannot emphasize enough hiw soft this mounting rubber is. The 'torch light' does not stay in at all and keeps sliding off. Not enough tension to hold it. Within 5 minutes after mounting the 'torchlight' was flying and landed on roadway with some cosmetic damages from the fall...
