Stop Feeling Lazy--Amazingly Simple Techniques!
I have read so many books that aim to help with writer's block, or that help you break through your resistances to reach your goals. None have had such simple and straightforward techniques. It is amazing that Carol's process is so easy to use, and technically helpful. Although I have yet to employ her techniques consistently, even just playing with the tapping work has shown me the power of my own body. After trying so many different methods of achieving my goals this could be the way to remove the hidden issues that are blocking my way.If you have tried it all, like I have (so many times), and feel like this is just another book that is going to tell you the same thing, you need to know that this is different. It is different in the best way possible in that it provides simple and useful method to work with your inner blocks. If you read this book, you will not be disappointed again, as this is a completely new approach that may just be the key to unlocking your potential.

Tapping to break old patterns
This book gives details on common beliefs and effective ways of breaking these patterns if you want to. It is easy to read, logically laid out and, even if you have not encountered Dr Carol Look and her wonderful tapping scripts, gives you the tools to make positive changes to how you manage and respond to your everyday experiences. For me it has resulted in very quickly shifting old "stuff" that I had been working with for quite some time. It provided the catalyst I needed to move forward. Thanks Dr Carol Look for providing such valuable information for such a very low cost. I would give it five stars however I believe there is always something better coming. Much appreciation.

Short and sweet, but highly effective.
I thought it was very concise and to the point, really hit home with the 4 reasons we procrastinate, and offered very concise wording on the set up and how to apply EFT effectively to do something about it. Most how to books use a lot of words and sentences to fill up pages and make the book seem more substantial in my opinion. This little book tells it like it is, with a very viable solution in much less space, therefore more likely to be used by people like me who are slow readers. Bravo Carol Look, well done.

Stop Procrastination: Carol Look
Author, of the title Stop Feeling Lazy: How to Break the Procrastination Cycle once and for all and Excel, Carol Look has reveled in understanding the human psyche's motivation, or better stated lack there of, for procrastination. We're all guilty of it and its reflective in every aspect of our lives all the way from work to personal relationships there's no question there. The question then comes from how to develop a solution? How do you self-motivate yourself? What is the logic behind eliminating stress from your life and becoming a more efficient individual in both your personal and professional lives? Well Carol Look has the answer. In this book, Look divulges readers into the lining issues behind procrastination: appropriate time management, financial stability, and stress. She states these three things and both the causes and repercussions of procrastination. Look retains hope for the future of her readers though by outlining a series of steps and actions(such as targeting, rating, establishing positive and affirming statements, and finally tapping) to abide by if one wishes to once and for all rid themselves of negative procrastination and rather be a less stressed, financially stable, timely managed successful individual. Something, I think, everyone could agree on is an ambition of theirs. So, stop avoiding things, pushing them back, making excuses, or procrastinating the inevitable. Pick up this book, read it cover to cover, and discover how you yourself can finally shed your procrastination tendencies.

Too many pages for the info given
I'm not a big fan of this book. While I don't know that I totally buy into what Carol Look is writing about, I'm open to the possibility. There are some big claims made, but not a great deal to back up the claims. My biggest problem with this book was the repetitive information. Each section of the book contained a great deal of material that was rehashed in previous sections. I found more in depth information for free just by using Google. This book may be useful for someone, but it's not for me.

WOW!!!!
WOW!!!! If someone asked me if I was a procrastinator, my immediate response would have been "No." Enter Carol Look. Through this book I have come to realize that I'm a procrastinator in hiding. I'm busy all the time. Boredom has never been an issue for me and if you asked anyone who knows me, I'm probably one of the last people they would mark as a procrastinator.Carol's book has opened my eyes to my "busy" procrastination. I see now that it's easy to believe I'm a productive individual, because I am, but when it comes to putting effort and energy into my business and the things that will really move me forward, I replace these efforts with "busyness." I'll clean the house, or organize my office or call friends, or "relax" in front of the TV and tell myself that I need to or deserve to do all of these things, and then I'll look at my website or the book I'm planning on writing or the product I want to put together and I'll feel the guilty.Carol masterfully pinpoints the "hidden costs" of procrastination and how it has diminished creativity. I'm thrilled to be able to utilize the exercises she includes to alleviate my procrastination and release my guilt and move my life and my business forward. This book has the power to change lives.

Good book - but be prepared to open your mind if you've never encountered EFT before
The first reviewer was caught by surprise by the use of EFT in this book. I can understand the skepticism having been severely skeptical myself. However, EFT has been effective for me on another matter so I think it's legit (just don't ask me how it works, whether it's placebo or anything like that). Tapping one's face does appear to be a VERY odd means by which to sort out ones issues, but in the spirit of scientific inquiry, "Don't knock it until you've tried it!"Book is well written and has a good sense of humour throughout. The introduction made me chuckle as it described almostly perfectly my own procrastination habits.

Great explanation of what procrastination is.
I enjoyed the writer's style of writing and found the book to be informative and helpful. A must read for anyone with an interest in meridian tapping. Unfortunately, the link to the audio that is supposed to accompany the book doesn't appear to download as the link is no longer available.

Very helpful
This book helps you understand your unique reasons for procrastinating and teaches you how to eliminate them. This can lead you to some profound insights if you're open to it. This offers a 'root and branch' solution. I like Carol Look's work. She's highly trained and an EFT Master.
