I write small so this is great. Wish there were more pages but, I’m still pleased with my purchase.

Great little notebook. I always like collage ruled, and I don't mind that it's non-perforated, as I almost never have satisfactory results with perforated edges.

Some background:I am a 3rd year Aerospace engineering student and have found these notebooks extremely advantageous when compared to using traditional notebooks like the Oxford graphing notebook. Here are some pros and cons of the National Brand notebook.What I like:+ Very good price.+ The paper is pretty heavy and I can write in gel pen and not have it leak through the backside.+ The papers have an "easy on the eyes" green tint.+ This particular size is very compact and convenient for me to carry around during lab or on the field.+ I don't actually use all of the pages at the end of my course. I take notes every class and do homework on a paper pad.+ These are extremely durable. I've bent and twisted many of these in my backpack but none of the pages have been torn from the spiral spine. The covers of the 2 year old ones have held up extremely well. These pages are tough!+ Made in the U.S.A.What I don't like:- Not much to say here. I guess you have to turn more pages when taking notes since the size is smaller than typical notebooks.

These notebooks are perfect. A scent in these sheets reminds you of something you didn't realize you'd lost long ago but now need terribly. The page rises to meet the pencil as it approaches, and they sigh as one when they touch. I should look away as the words fill the page. I'll be right back.These are notebooks for adults. Get them and get busy (writing).

These notebooks are on their way to finishing a masters program! They are nothing fancy, but I fill 1-2 of them in every course I take. They’re small enough to easily go wherever needed and are less “grade-school-esque” than regular notebooks. I really like that the pages are smaller so I can better compartmentalize topics and chapters. I also like that they are portable, fitting in a variety of “bags” rather than requiring a giant backpack or book bag.

Probably my favorite notebook I've ever used.I purchased it by accident because I thought it was a standard 8 x 11 size, but I actually prefer this smaller 8 x 6 size for taking notes. It specifically helps me organize a specific topic on each page without wasting paper. I take very detailed notes for all my science classes, and it has enough space to accommodate an entire semesters worth of material. The green paper makes the writing much easier to read when I review them. Everyone at school who sees these notebooks always ask about them, and most of my friends are also amazed by how much easier the paper is to look at.This is way too expensive for what you get, but I really enjoy the paper and size of this product. I'd buy again even if it is a little overpriced.

Bought these for my students to keep a research journal for their microbiology semester projects. They seemed to really like the size and the paper color (greenish that is easy on the eyes. I wish the "heft" of the pages was a lighter heavier. The cover and back were also not as heavy a cardboard as I would have liked for durability. A decent alternative to the expensive research journal hardcover if you are looking for something that doesn't need to stand the test of time like semester projects for a course. I would not use these for the true research projects we have on-going in my lab ... for that you spend the money on expensive hardcover journals.

I love these notebooks. I found this brand in my Moms porch and she had gotten them from work over 10 yrs ago. I am so happy I found these and the quality is just as good with a minor cosmetic change. There great for daily use.
