I have been taking this product for 2 weeks and can say it’s helping me sleep better which I am attributing to less stress. Lost my job in January and have been sleeping horribly waking up 3-4 times a night. I started taking the cortisol capsules and I didn’t notice anything until 5 or 6 days into taking it. I noticed I was sleeping better at night. For the past week and half, I have only been waking up 1 time a night and feel more rested during the day and relaxed. I’ve been using this product for about a week now, and I started to really feel the difference around day 3. I found that two pills worked better than one for me. It really helped me relax and get a full night’s rest without feeling groggy the next day like I’d normally be with other OTC medications. This might seem silly, but I also love that it doesn’t smell bad! A lot of supplements have a stinky odor, but these are really neutral smelling. It’s not a giant pill either, so it’s easy to take. I’m happy to add this to my supplement regimen, and I can’t wait to see how I feel in a month.

Just got this product, I am excited to try it because of the vitamins in this supplement. Magnesium, ashwagandha by, b12 and L-thealine are all beneficial to your health. It is nice this has much more in it (cortisol blend) and you only take 1 capsule per day. Good price for 60 days. Easy to take, clean product. Looking forward to seeing any changes in my anxiety, stress, sleep and mood.Will update.

I actually feel like these are working for me. My sleeps seems more deep and rested and I feel like I have less inflammation in my belly area in the morning. I don’t think it’s making me lose weight but definitely getting some benefits from it.

I have used this product at night for 3 nights. I was having difficulty sleeping prior to using this product. So far I feel well rested. I do believe it assists with weight control as each morning since I have a bowel movement. Too soon to see weight loss but I believe it helps with relaxation and sleep. Pills are on the medium to large size.

No, but it does seem to noticeably help me sleep better.
