After first watching video on youtube on how to transfer remains, we were easily successful and were careful with the bag not to tear it. Surprised at how fragile bag appeared but it worked regardless. We are leaving today on a cruise where we will be saying farewell overboard to my father in law. Were able to get immediate response from company when contacting with question regarding taking remains thru TSA at airport. Very satisfied and much less expensive than using funeral home which wanted in the thousands to transfer remains. Would recommend and will use again if need arises.

Item was expensive - it's only cardboard. It was cool that the urn floated for awhile prior to going to final dip

We were able to complete Dale’s journey and wishes. Didn’t float very long though.

Wanted a biodegradable urn similar to the one we had for our son a few years ago. A beautiful idea. Shipping was prompt.

We were suprised that this item sank so quickly after placement into the lake. I think there should be a recommendation on how much of the ashes should be placed in the urn. Our process did not turn out anything like your video.
