This phone is an excellent product! I have owned this phone for a few weeks now, and I'm absolutely in love with it! It is made of very high quality metal on the sides, and feels very solid and well put together in the hand. It is extremely fast, and is one of the best phones that BlackBerry has ever made. The touch screen is very responsive, and makes scrolling, tapping, and searching very convenient and easy. It comes with 8GB built in memory, and can easily be expanded by another 32GB via an SD card slot (Something that Apple does not offer). I switched from an iPhone 4S to the BlackBerry 9930 Bold Touch, and will never go back to Apple again. The keyboard on this phone is phenomenal, and can increase typing speeds by 50%. Emails come through on this phone as fast as they come into my inbox on the computer.The Pro's:-The camera on this phone takes very good pictures, slightly below today's industry standard at 5 megapixels, but still very clear and sharp. Video is also HD at 720p.-Battery Life: The Battery life is by far this phone's best feature. Battery life out lasts any phone that I have ever used. I use the phone a moderate amount, and the battery will last a full day, all night, and then half of the next day on a single charge! No more scrambling to find an outlet.-Display: The display is clear, bright, crisp, and sharp. No straining to see words, and displays images beautifully.-Call Quality: Call quality is excellent, Earpiece speaker is loud and clear, and everyone I speak with says they can hear me as well as I can hear them.-Notification center: Very easy to access (1 tap or click) and shows all of your notifications in one place.-Ease of use: the phone is very easy to use and navigate. Even coming from an iPhone, it did not take long to figure it out.-Web Browser: The browser is very quick, and you are able to view websites in their full (Desktop) Form.The Con's-App world is lacking somewhat when compared with Apple or Android, but there are still plenty of productive and useful Apps.-Screen size could be a bit larger.-BlackBerry OS7 is a bit outdated, but feels very familiar and is easy to use.-Dropbox: Dropbox is supported and is a free App on the App World, but it does not allow for automatic picture uploads like some other phones do. You Can, however, open the Dropbox App and manually upload pictures.Overall, the phone is an excellent phone, and it is clear that BlackBerry built this device to be premium quality. The device works as good as it looks, and in my opinion, I would give its looks a 9/10. The only major downfall that I have with this phone is the way Dropbox preforms. However, with the ability to have a micro SD Card, this really is not a problem because you can simply take out the card, put it in a computer, and copy and paste all of the images to the computer. I highly recommend this phone! I also recommend purchasing the wireless charging dock (On Amazon for around $15.00). This allows you to simply set your BlackBerry in the Dock, and it instantly begins to charge it)

This product did not work at all. The track pad was inoperable and the keyboard had various stuck keys making it impossible to type. The seller was unwilling to stand behind this sale. Buyer beware!

Can’t do nothing with it saying locked idk nothing personal but should not be this much hassle-I may play baseball with it fetch with the German shepherd.

If your looking for a non smartphone or a secondary phone that will last you through the day then look no further this is the phone for you. Qwerty keyboard makes texting and checking email simple and intuitive while calls are clear.. has blutooth so you can have hands free communication.Phone has a nice overall design and feel. Very comfortable to use. The touch screen is a very nice feautre.

Here is the deal, I have owned one of these phones before, but that time I purchased directly from Verizon. A couple things to point out as I just received the phone.....1) while it does not state this anywhere that I could see, the phone has no camera even though the picture shows one and the description states that you can take pictures with the 5mp camera 2) do not believe for a second that this phone is brand new out of the box. Check the call history. I went to dial the *228 needed to activate, and when I pulled up the phone there were existing phone calls already placed. Its not a BAD phone, its just not what you are lead to believe you are buying. I have contacted the seller, so hopefully the situation is rectified and I am sent the phone that is advertised.

Cannot connect for service!!!! So the people selling these things are screwing you, because they know! I’m 60 and tired of the technology screwing me every time I turn around! So go Facebook your life away, and get on that tweeter as you drive your car like a blind person!

Came really fast and seemed like new even though it said it was used. I have an iphone 6 for work, but I got this for my personal phone because I really missed the qwerty keyboard. I love it. Obviously doesn't match what Apple has done for the cell phone but... I've got my work phone to do whatever the blackberry can't do. Regardless... Great product, shipped fast and arrived 2 days before they said it would.

Nice dealing with extreme discount phones out of California. They delivered product in half the time stated. Phone is okay. Does what it says it will. If your conditioned to a droid would not recommend this phone. It's very slow and takes time to download info and difficult to maneuver. I like the qwerty keys most. Overall it's a decent phone.
