How to be happy in your work...?
I only read the first half, I'm afraid. Up till then, it was enjoyable to read about someone who had the career he wanted and loved. It's always inspiring to experience someone who is happy in what they do. However, the complete lack of realism/criticism irritated after a while, specifically at the point where Margot Fonteyn and Rudolf Nureyev had a triumph in Kenneth Macmillan's new Romeo and Juliet. I witnessed the triumph. But I remember also the scandal. Be happy, by all means - but to look at the world with only one eye open is naive.

Two Stars
The book stank of cigarette smoke but when I eventually read it it was enjoyable.
