the item when arrived with me had been opened and 2 of the clickers had been removed, i did send an email to the company stating that im not taking it up with them or the post office , but just be aware of the packaging they use. i did receive an email back saying thankyou for letting us know, however we do use this packaging all the time and there is nothing they can do about the theft. but they did say that they would send out three more but unfortunately that was the last i heard. up untill i got the ok we will send him 3 more i was happy with the service as i am aware that its not there fault if someone steels them. however to tell me they would send 3 more and then dont changed my mind. SORRY

The clickers are ok...
...but nothing special.I was recommended the Karen Pryor brand and clickers by a dog trainer. However, these do not seem to be any different to other much cheaper dog clickers out there - in terms of sound at least. The clickers also took quite a while to arrive as from memory I think they came from the US.Good points would be the colours and quality - as I have dropped them a number of times and had my dog try to chew them briefly.

Put them around the house
If you are clicker training you know that unless you carry your faithful clicker with you 24/7 you will miss out on "Marking" wanted behaviour. Dont worry, these are cheap enough to leave around the house to get to quickly and they mark with a different click to normal, but they still mark. The wrist band is a bit naff, but it works.

Took 7 weeks to arrive
Again, there is nothing on the page to tell you that this is coming from China and will take almost two months to arrive. This information should be included in the description. The item themselves are ok, not vert loud so my dogs often don't hear it outside. Just doesn't feel like the one I had before of the same make.

there was nowhere to say this item was comming from america,YES AMERICA,i emailed the seller she said she has argued with amazon over this??? i found these clickers really flimsy,not that good quality,i only kept them as i didnt fancy sending the clickers back TO AMERICA,yes america,SO BUYER BE AWARE OF THIS,

Delivered from China, delivery delayed.
Product was cheap to purchase and do the job. NOT from the UK as indicated by name etc comes from China and hence a delay longer than expected!!!!

An essential training tool
Waited nearly three weeks for it to arrive as it was coming from China. Why I've waited so long to get one, I don't know. A couple of hours perseverance and I've got our Rottweiler cross doing things I didn't think possible. Used along with a positive reinforcement it's little short of a miracle.
