Poor product and poorer customer service
I ordered this Symphony cooler with high expectations, but it has been a complete disappointment. It does not cool at all, even after following all instructions properly. What’s more frustrating is that Amazon is not supporting the return request, nor are they providing any helpful details of the manufacturer or seller to resolve the issue. I feel stuck with a useless product. Would not recommend this to anyone – poor product and even poorer customer service.

Works well!!
The cooling effect totally depends on the weather conditions of the area.I'm using since a month in Bangalore and it really does a great job. Only thing is that the room gets humid if the doors and windows are kept closed.

The media could not be loaded. The product is absolutely fine and without any damages. Cool looking cooler with good aur quality and conditioning. Working well and worth the price. No unwanted noise. Easy to full water.

Wast of money ,very bad product,it is not working,cooler parts is not good quality very poor quality parts ,no body buy this cooler, we are cheating to tha people ,i lose money ,i am feeling very sad ,please dont cheat people because we are middile class family can u understand my situation

Not worth for money
The media could not be loaded. I am returning on the day 1.Cooling is not efficient. Person standing immediately at the front only receives air. Not much cool air also. Design is bad. Water leaking

Motor stopped ,electric shock happening,water leaking
After 10 days of usage, flash of fire is coming out from motor and electric shock is causing, and water is leaking from the bottom , and stopped working, very worse experience I faced with symphony, registia complaint , need to see how the support will works,Even if they do some repair now, who have guarantee if it work after 1 yr waranty I dnt think soo, waste of purchase
