This stuff works great and it's fast. It's the best OTC pain reliever I've found, and I've tried many. Many. And heat, and cold, and vibrating cushions, and shiatsu. I don't know why I tried other products after I found this one... probably looking for a cure, which is not likely, according to my M.D.s and P.T.s. No matter how much stretching and yoga and P.T. exercise I do, the aches, pain so bad that I sometimes can't stand up straight, cramps, and spasms don't go away. Pure Relief Muscle & Joint Massage Rub stops the ache, cramps, and pain fast and completely for hours... I should check to see how long, now that I've said that. But I'm just so grateful to have something that makes it possible for me to walk. It also takes away the deep ache that happens in my right arm when I stop moving for more than a few minutes. It lets me sleep through the night! My chronic pain is from a 3-year-old injury. I spent 6 months in PT to get back decent function in my left shoulder, right biceps muscle, and right pyriformis (?sp) muscle. The hip and biceps muscles are painful most of the time unless I use a pain reliever. Aleve takes the pain down to an annoying ache....most of the time. But I work full time and need to walk & lift up to 10 lbs, and the ache gets worse during the day. Sometimes my upper back muscles cramp when I sit down for more than 15 minutes or so.I've tried at least 12 other creams or sprays. I have a drawer full of them. This is the fastest working & doesn't leave me smelling like menthol. The warmth is a little intense sometimes, but so much better than aching or pain. It also stops the muscle cramps & spasms.As I said earlier, this stuff is the best. It takes the aches and pain away fast and completely. The only problem is that it wears off and the pain comes back! But nothing's gonna change that.

I’m still recovering from a torn Achilles tendon on the right side and the left leg is having severe muscle atrophy problems. My physical therapist suggested this cream as I’m having throbbing aching pains at night which makes it difficult to sleep.This morning I woke with a very bad Charlie horse in the right thigh and almost at once a cramping of the left ankle both in that Charlie horse twisting hurting motionThe cream was very unusual as on the right thigh it became icy hot it was extremely piercing into the muscles. On the left ankle it was like icy cold soothing and healing but on both sides within minutes the Charlie horse reversed there was no pain and no muscle crampingThis is truly an amazing project!

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain which has been acting up for the past few months to where I cannot raise my arm over shoulder height without severe pain. I have tried all the lidocaine, icy hot etc products and yeah they kinda work a little but this product works wonders! After only a couple applications, I am able to hold my arm straight above my head and even was my hair without pain! There is a slight tingling sensation which is not even bothersome. There is no odor and no vapors making your eyes water. I will be buying this again for sure!!

I applied it and immediately felt like my skin was burning, even when I tried to wipe it down.Not sure how much relief I will get but it burns as hell, be careful when using it don't make the mistake I made, use it in small quantities or you feel like your whole skin is burning.

I used this product for muscle pain in my back......relieved the pain in seconds. A little bit too runny for me so I had to learn how much to not put in my hand to rub in. I will buy again.....a little pricey compared to other muscle pain relief rub ins but worth the price.

I have to say I’ve been using this for three weeks I’ve had a chronic pain in my calf could not get rid of it no matter what are used within a week this worked for me twice a day it was amazing I am so happy I found this thank you 😃♥️ By the way you talk to Robbin like a massage ..😊

I was hoping this would be a good product but it drys quickly. I wanted to massage the muscle but my hands began to stick to the skin and I had to keep reapplying more cream. The product peeled off once it dried up.
