Once I have finished my cool-down stretches, I just spray the troublesome regions, which are often my calves or the balls of my feet, and then gently massage them in. This works great. I used this in my first trimester to improve sleep and help with restless legs and it has helped tremendously. I sleep through the night almost every night.I do think it’s drying my feet out a little bit as I’ve never seen them so cracked and dry before, but that’s the only side effect. It absorbs well into the skin but there is residue on my feet. I just sleep with fuzzy socks on to avoid getting it on my bed.

It is a spray to relieve the temporary pain. I would use it when needed on my joints and it helps.

This stuff is amazing! I went from an average 5-6 hours of sleep per night to a full 8-8 1/2 hours of sleep every single night….no waking up every 3 hours. Straight sleep! What a blessing.

Fix your bottles! Received 2 bottles that the cap isn't on right and the fluid leaked out! Product might be good but it needs to be sealed correctly. I will add that I quickly got a response from the seller to refund and I appreciated that.
