I wear size 8/10 uk jeans ... I bought a small and it was a bit tight but just what I wanted. I’d say a small xx it’s working wonders

When I first had it I would put on behind my back and lay on the bed to fasten at the front, after a while you can fasten it standing up and always start from the bottom. If it is impossible then you need to return it for the next size up. I had to return mine for a bigger size even though I went by the size chart. .

I am a size 12 - 30" waist i got a large I would say xxl they come up small.

This should fit fine for those who don’t have a long body. You can do anything in it as it is very flexible.
