Adhesive nosepads to stick to your existing eyeglass nose pads for increased comfort (freedom from nose bridge pain, ear pain, headaches, etc.) and prevent eyeglass slipping (especially if you have a low nose bridge). Features surgical-grade silicone on the surface and super sticky 3M adhesive backing. Instructions: clean and wipe dry your eyeglass nose pads and then peel and stick Keepons nosepads onto them. For many plastic eyeglass styles where the nose pads are one with the frames, you'll be able to fold over this product so it sticks to both sides of your nose pads. For many metal frames where the nose pads are attached to the frames with pad arms, you can easily cut the Keepons nosepads with scissors and stick them on the front of your nose pads. Now I can wear any type of sunglasses
Being Asian I was limited to wearing aviator style sunglasses because I've always needed ajustable nose pieces because my bridge wasn't high enough to hold up most sunglasses. These solved that issue. Now I can put these on my Persols or wayfarers and they'll stay up. Keep in mind these will fall off in time so expect to change them out every few months which is fine with me.

Not worth it
These did not work for the type of glasses I have, which were plastic. I was hoping it would work because I barely have a bridge on my nose, but unfortunately, it did not. Unless I want to go sans makeup all the time when I wear my glasses, this shouldn’t be a problem. Also if you have oily skin, this won’t do you much good because my glasses slid right off.

Nose Dents
I have new plastic frame glasses. The pressure on my nose is really annoying me so I ordered these nose pads. They Made my glasses hurt my nose even more. Left nose dents. Disappointed.

stick start to come off slowly after 1 day
Pros:sticks inside and outside nose area of your glassesCons:after 1 day the bottom in the pic the sticky comes off a little but because it is stick in 2 places it does not fall off.

Didn't stick
Used these for maybe 3 or 4 weeks before they started slipping off. The rubber part dettached from the adhesive. Also didn't notice that it made my glasses slip any less.
