Photographers must have
I’m a photographer who shoots mostly with primes. It’s important to have your lens selection close by and safe at the same time. This belt system along with the different sized pouches by think tank is perfect for event photography when you have a 135mm lens on your body and a group of ladies asks for a group photo.I used to carry a second body with a 16-35 or 24-70 permanently on it just for this reason. But now I swap out my lens real quick and swap back.Love this belt. Build quality is great. The little things like the loops that hold the pouches in place are brilliant. And the pouches are perfect for quick swapping and ensuring the lenses don’t fall out.

Thoughts after three years...
I have been using the Pro Speed Belt for a little over three years now. My application is for landscape photography while hiking and also biking (road and mountain bike). As the photos show, I combined the Pro Speed Belt v3 with padded Think Tank Camera Clip Adapter v3 (not sure if they make these still?). I then added Spider clips to the Adapters. The photos show one, but I wear two of these, one on each hip with different DSLR bodies and lenses. This puts most of my gear weight low on my body and reduces back and shoulder pain from carrying heavy packs or sling bags.Overall the belt is an excellent product. It is strong, well-built and has held up extremely well over many years and miles of rugged use. I can trust the clip with the heavy DSLR gear attached. For those reasons alone I'd give it five stars easily. However, it does have some flaws. The belt length is extremely difficult to adjust due to the stiffness of the materials. Once you get it set, it stays! Ordinarily this would be a plus, except for one flaw... the belt stretches during a long hike... say 3-4 hours. Especially if it gets wet from rain or sweat. (I live in the desert southwest, and yes, an external belt gets sweaty). The belt will then tighten up again after use and the same pattern recurs every time. Because the belt is so difficult to adjust, you can't just "sinch it up a bit" and then let it out for the next use. I have found that I have to find a length setting that makes it uncomfortably tight and difficult to get buckled to start out on any given day, then wait for it to relax a bit, and then hope it doesn't get too loose before the day's adventure is done. For this one flaw I subtract a star, but as I said I've been using it for three years with no other complaints.(BTW, you'd think a photographer could take better product photos but the camera photo was done with a cell phone from the side without actually being able to see the screen. I literally pointed and shooted... er, shot.)

Think Tank clearly makes the best
I won' t lie.. Think Tank items are very pricey. But they're extremely functional. I shoot a lot of events and I purchased this for my first wedding and let me say.. It helps hold all the lenses and items I need on me so I don't have to run back to my bag whenever I need something. The belt is very secure, a little tough to adjust but very supportive.

Yes it's expensive, but good for your arms
I spent hours walking with my 70-200 lens, and 24-10,5 and my back appreciates a lot the use of the belt instead a back bag

Works great with Digital Holster 150
Secure, comfortable and nicely distributes the weight of the big lens when I'm walking.

Excellent belt
This is an excellent belt for the money. I love the comfort and it is really sturdy. However, my monopod holster won't go over the buckle so I won't be using it with my monopod (darn!). I do wish it had a safety clasp so I wouldn't have to worry about a mishap if I accidentally hit the release. I recommend it for carrying a lot of that gear you want to get to quickly.
