Hmm a bit too sweet for me
I bought this to try after being very happy with a previous mix I bought (sephra) but that brand's mix came in a huge pack I didn't finish. I like Hoosier Hill farm some products and not others. This is one of those I'm not sure about. There are no instructions as to how to make 1 circular or 2 rectangle waffles which most machines make. I got the mix too thick at first then too thin. Gave them to the birds as the thick were uncooked in middle and thin were too crispy. Far too sweet for me also. Grandson likes them so I will finish the pack but not good value for money for me as previous brand was a third of the price for three times as much.

Makes lovely fluffy waffles with minimum hassle, just add (sparkling) water +oil/melted butter.A great product that I've happily repurchased. Just divide the instructions by 10 (move the decimal 1 place left) to make waffles for 1 person.

Very happy with this waffle mix, bonus is that it comes in a resealable bag batter is nice and thick and waffles come out lovely and crispy

Far too sweet
I am sure that they are a good Company and I am sure that the ingredients are of good quality but, at least to my taste, the waffles are far too sweet.
