Same ingredients and nutrients as the steel cut oatmeal by Nature Made that take 25 minutes to cook.

These have a better quality to them than the regular oatmeal. I also use them to make my oat flour to make pancakes or waffles for my baby.

Nature's Path Organic Gluten-Free Steel Cut Whole Grain Oats are so wonderful in the way I cook and prepare them. First I grind oats down in my coffee grinder. Then I add Almond milk and put oats in NutriBullet and mix oats and milk. Then I put the mixture into the microwave to thicken them for about 2 minutes or so (I watch them) and I then add stevia and butter powder and...Oh so good and really good for me. Nature's Path Organic Gluten-Free Steel Cut Whole Grain Oats are extremely healthy to eat and I will order them again.

Since I have to eat gluten-free food only, I have found these steel cut oats to be a great breakfast. I add cinnamon, all spice, vanilla, ginger, pecans, raisins, Stevia, a tad of salt, milk, and blueberries, and walnuts.,

Switched to this option from Quaker oats. Texture is abit more mushy when cooked.But overall good product

This has been our go-to organic Oates for the past three years. Loved the taste and it's organic. But it's really started to increase in price going from $18 to $25 for the pack. I've seen in fluctuate month to month which makes it difficult on subscribe and save to just set it and forget it. We'll have to buy locally sourced organic oats now due to price and I have noticed more than a few times, the plastic wrap lid seal is broken when we open it meaning it's been open to air under the hard plastic lid. :(

These steel-cut oats make the heartiest, most delicious oatmeal:Put 1 1/2 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt, brought to a full boil in a small saucepan on high; turn to low-medium heat.Add 1/2 cup oats to the water, stir well, and stir again about every 30 seconds to a minute.While the oats cook, fill a 1/4 cup measure 2/3 with dried cranberries (craisins) and 1/3 with sliced almonds. Dump into the bottom of a good-sized bowl (I prefer thicker ceramic bowls because regular bowls are too thin and easily become too hot to hold) along with honey to taste (I use a scant tablespoon).When the oats are fairly thick (about 5 minutes), turn off the heat and pour the oatmeal on top of the craisins, almonds, and honey in the bowl. Stir very well.If desired, add about 16 medium-sized blueberries and stir gently but well. Add a dollop of heavy cream, milk, or milk substitute if desired, and/or add a pat of butter. Stir again and enjoy!! Makes one hearty and delicious serving!!
